I obsessively save things, and my first few years in the fandom I downloaded a ton of artist galleries. I'm not sure why she purged her VCL, but her non-extreme stuff isn't DNP as far as I'm aware and this is legendary.

It's weird to think most furries probably don't know both of these were pretty iconic back in the day. Back when actually checking out the new uploads (all of them) to VCL was realistic. I can't even keep up with my watch list on FurAffinity alone these days.

I hope our current big furry sites don't go the way of Furnation, but as controversial as the upload methods are I really hope this site lives on indefinitely as an archive for the fandom. It's great VCL is still around too.

I'm kind of star struck! I hope posting this was okay if I read your rules correctly! Perhaps you have more than one VCL and I looked at your old name? Way back in the day I downloaded stuff to various folders based on the hierarchy from the websites they were on (a side effect originally from queuing things to download overnight on dial-up internet), and in this case it was on the kitsune25 account.

I'm not sure why I'm surprised you replied since I do lurk your new posts on my main FA account. Regardless, thanks for everything you've shared over the years!

Oh yeah it's fine that you posted this :) I'm pretty sure I did start a new VCL account each time I changed my username, and I only used Kitsune25 for a couple of years. You're very welcome <3
