The problem the way I see it is the torso part doesn't have a distinguishable difference in width/size 'cause the width looks the same to the pelvis (You can reference some pictures/artworks that have worm's eye view from the crotch for this)

The reason for this if you try to envision this artwork in 3d, the abdomen proportion is weirdly small/disproportioned.
