I do, but I stopped on the first episode. I'm not comfortable with that level of gore.

oh but it gets so good. and I know the gore is intense but the main character is really the victim here and when you see him move on, you wanna see how far he can go. it really is just an awesome anime. NOT to mention those moments of strength from the main character and side characters that just tug at your heart strings.

Please get over the gory part and really give it a try.
