April 10th: The bill has been vetoed!
April 2nd: The politicians in Arizona are about to sign into law a bill that would mandate sites like e621 to either impose age verification on all users or be at a risk of lawsuits. Such system would be required to go through third party vendors, who in turn must go through a government database to verify every user's age. This is not only a major violation of privacy, but it also opens up a very real danger of identity theft through phishing schemes and other methods, not to mention that we would not be able to control any of that information to make sure it is permanently deleted after age verification is complete.
Unfortunately, Arizona is the state out of which e621 operates, which means that this law will almost certainly affect us if it is to pass. If want to help us ensure that this site can continue to serve you without being required to know who you are, please ask the Arizona governor to veto this bill.
Please, help us get the word out by letting others know about this issue.
For some further information on what the bill does have a look at https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2586/
We still have a Discord server, come talk to us!

MemberVery few people can survive doing the things they love... I'm sure a lot of people would love to make a comfortable living drawing, writing poems, streaming whatever they want instead of what's new and popular, etc... but welcome to reality, that's the 0.000000000001% and the rest of us do basically have to suck dick, just not literally. A lot of jobs though, if not most, are basically you selling your body or brain for pay, and not very much pay for most. Meanwhile, a lucky enough girl can chill and take a 30 second clip of her boyfriend eating her out and make half a million. I'd fucking take that too.
Two of the top OnlyFans peeps came out and showed their income 30 mil in two years! For NON SEX, NON FULL NUDITY except for like topless in one case. That Cash Me Outside girl made a million in 6 hours after turning 18, lmao. That's more than most people ever see over their entire lives. Look down on them all you want, but it just makes you look retarded in return. Life makes everyone suck its dick, so might asd well get paid for it. Most of us don't.

MemberI don't want to be a downer, or crush your dreams and all that, but these Onlyfans success stories are heavily skewed against you.
The top 10% of creators make 73% of the money, and the top 1% make 33%.
The average Onlyfans creator makes less than 150$ a month, with an estimated 25% of creators never making any money at all.
Most, if not all of the success stories you hear about Onlyfans are non-organic. These are not creators who have "made it" on Onlyfans. They are already established creators with already large followings on avenues like Instagram, Twitch, Youtube, Twitter, or Standard Porn/Non-Porn Media, who carry their fanbase over to Onlyfans. You will be crushed by professional marketing and production teams fighting for the same user's attention.
This isn't even going into the social, mental, and physical ramifications of sex work.
I'd highly recommend giving this study a read.
Grooming is super poggers, bro!

MemberThis reply is going to be longer than I would normally give, but I feel like I need to explain a little. It seems like people took me wrong here, but I'm not upset or anything. xD The fandom is basically an OnlyFans of the imagination to some extent after all, with people showing their fetishes and fantasies to others for recognition and upvotes and hopefully a commission or two, with furry art as the medium. It's also a place where artists come to flex their skills, and test their ability to draw what they and others in the fandom imagine with style and quality.
I at no point said that there is anything *wrong* with taking 'the easy route'. I just said they should *reconsider* taking the easy route. If money and fame are your primary goals and more important than other things in your life, then by all means, do the damn thing and flaunt it after you get it. I also want to make it plain that I do not have anything against the artist for drawing this or their art style; I just don't agree with the sentiment.
But I have seen some extremely skilled artists try to become popular with really high quality, carefully thought out, non porn art, then get ignored, only to put out a few smutty images and get swamped with likes. All it did in the end was make them lose interest in the fandom, and move on. There will always be more, sure. But I think that if you have a passion for something, rather than bowing your head and bending your back to suck someone's dick for money or anything else (in ANY fashion; if you work for someone you hate and who mistreats you, if your parents are riding your ass, yet you're staying in their house thinking you're stuck, if you're in a bad relationship yet are staying because you feel you have to... all of those are versions of 'sucking someone's dick instead of doing what you love' to me) you should stick to that thing, *fight* for what you want, and tough out the hard times.
Not a single really well liked animator, artist or just generally well known furry started out that way. Should they have quit before they got good at what they do and drew in the fans and money? I don't think so. And so, I made that comment. I'm ok if no one agrees with it, but it's how I feel, and I also feel it's pretty sad that so many feel taking 'the easy route' is better than putting in the effort. As for those top OnlyFans people? You really think they don't put in any work to produce the things that gain them that many followers and makes them that much money? That it's 'easy' to get to that point? You should look into the amount of production that goes into keeping them at that point; the amount of time they spend on their bodies, skin and acting skills to draw in so many. I'm willing to bet you'd be surprised at first... until you thought about it.
But I'm bad in that I tend to be a little too serious in my comments. Sorry if I angered or annoyed people just looking for a good fap or some casually well done porn.

BlockedDownvote this guy all you want but he is right, the fact that girls can start an onlyfans when they are just 18 is not good at all, very bad for their future mental health when all that money eventually dries up. Cant stay young forever. I have nothing but respect for the women that have the potential to make money off onlyfans but decide against it. Dignity is in short supply these days apparently..

BlockedYour condescension is palpable. Who are you to decide the 'acceptable' ways for women to make money? If people would just mind their own business and not try to dictate other people's morality, the world would be a much better place.
Not to mention the sheer hypocrisy of someone with an account on a furry porn board criticizing the life choices of anyone else.
MrTyko
MemberHe can decide it because he is a member of that society, just like the rest of us are. It's a constant tug of war. Unfortunately, "just mind your own business" doesn't work when the things that people engage in, like OF, directly affect the way that the people within that society view themselves and each other. The more you comodify yourself as just a product to be sold and consumed, the less valuable you view yourself in general since you're just a thing that's interchangeable with thousands of others, and the less valuable everyone else will see you for the same reason. You're just the object of their lust for a few minutes a day, and not a person to be invested in as a friend or lover.
Furthermore, this furry porn website is private. OF is not. This is a very clear and obvious distinction, there is no hypocrisy present at all.
