DD is inaccurate. Cup size is determined by the difference in inches between the bust and band circumferences and there is definitely way more than just 5 inches of difference.

Without actual measurements of the character I couldn't accurately judge but I'm going to assume just from comparison with humans that the cup size is no smaller than a G or H.

I should probably specify that it's more likely the image is inaccurate to the player's statistics rather than the other way around - the cock is described as 3 inches in diameter with 4 inches of knot but the picture shows the knot as being twice the diameter of the shaft.
