Probably someone who was too hasty because the video wasn't working properly for the person for unknown reasons, instead of just asking if this is just the person or in general.
The video also works for me without any problems.

Same here, video works and is watchable

That and buizel loves fighting buizel than mating with other buizel makes it harder to find a mate cause of it

Congratulations, you guys don't seem to be iPhone users.
Site failed to generate samples for this post which resulted it not playing back for some. Force regenerated them now, feel free to poke or flag again if there's still something going on.

Is that what happened to post #3847788? It seemed to work for a large number of people but it got deleted for being "broken." It's a shame because that artist was unknown and it was a good animation.

The way Buizel takes the knot here is insanely hot

Anamorphic file. There was actually update to site itself so it now denies them before they even get uploaded to begin with.
You can always ask the uploader what's up, seem to have been transcoded with Handbrake so they might have the file in completely another format and then transcoded it incorrectly here.
Considering it's pixel artwork with only handful of colors, not sure why it's lossy video to begin with instead of GIF or APNG.
