    I'd figure that since you can see the text, you can see...the text, which means you can tag it..since you..see it..

    I guess.

    The text doesn't have any impact on the rule.

    If I draw a cub, and add some text that says "it's not a cub, he's actually 100 years old!" it still needs to be tagged as cub.
