    technically theres 4 witnesses... the 4 slave dudes around him. so yeah... idk poor Ty

    Yep. With that many "witnesses" the contract may be legally binding (by this universe's logic). But Ty seems happy to be a slave.

    I wonder if the "Slave Mall" series that Fuze did earlier is in the same universe as this series. That would be hot!

    Contracts like this are certainly not legally binding, this is just an acknowledgment of the things he will get up to as his slave, the times he'll see him, how often he'll perform, and stuff like that. If Ty doesn't want to continue this, he can back out at any time and not get backlash from Percival. It is also to keep Percivil in check so he doesn't try anything Ty didn't specifically agree to. (This is saying in our world; if it is in his world, it's not said.)
