No, it isn't. The original was a commission for Artie, who is all white, and can be found on Zaush's FA page. This is a re-colour.

Um...Late to the punch but "artist put himself in" is false, the only difference is that "Artie" (The white character far left getting double-teamed) has pink ears and colored legs and is renamed "Cookiefox"....far as I know this is an edit piece and possibly an unauthorized one considering Zaush was the one who drew it.
