Most of the people doing it by this point in the comic have done it before in the comic's comments or in other comments elsewhere. It is, for the most part, an intentional misgendering by page 42 of a comic. I'm sure you have good intentions, but people who make this mistake legitimately don't need defending, because they will understand their mistake when it's pointed out, apologize, and go on with their day; people who make this 'mistake' intentionally shouldn't be defended.

Strictly speaking, andromorph is the appropriate tag to use here, and neither male (no penis) or female (masculine body) are applicable. The trans_(lore) and trans_man_(lore) tags serve to identify the character's identity while leaving tagging to an objective, out-of-context use.

And I mean, if this wasn't part of an ongoing comic where this character extolls his frustrations for being treated as a woman when he's a guy, just because he wasn't born as one, I'd be more understanding. As it stands, shitty people being shitty people and wishing death and hatred on others over what could've been an honest (if incredibly stupid) mistake is kinda... silly.

No, victim implies we're victims. Which we are, a high proportion of suicidality, high rate of abuse, high rate of assaults, and high rate of getting murdered.
