we have similar styles, soft and gentle. Like marshmallows!

    Just similar styles?
Looks more like a face copy+merger from post #1829016 and post #2274653 to me (not a trace or direct copy but almost uncanny similarities).

    -----------
Just flipped #1829016 horizontally, cropped out the head and put it in a ~60% opaque layer on top of this image. It fits unbelievably good after a bit of turning and zooming (but not perfectly).

so you're saying that I didn't draw it myself, but that I drew the work of another artist? and that Judy belongs to this artist and I can't draw her the way I like? That would be considered stealing, right?

I have no idea how you actually drew this image but I think it's more then just a distant possibility that you traced Doxy's work, modified it a bit and drew the rest yourself.
But even assuming that, it obviously wouldn't count as a trace under house rules.

What I take away from this is a more precise understanding of those rules.

people like you who don't know how to appreciate the work of artists, there is no point in convincing them that they are wrong. If you do not like something, just do not look at it and do not spoil the mood of others with unfounded accusations.
