Happy Yogee day! More about him in my gallery.
Who doesn’t love the dippy frostypus?
Update:

Yogee is not always all there. He’s often in his own little head, which makes him more animalistic than a few other cousins. He is easily entertained. For example, he can play catch for hours without getting bored, and he’s been trying to learn how to put his tail in his mouth and roll in a ball like Stitch for like...25 years, so there’s that. But Yogee delights in pleasing others. He tends to hang around Jumby at the Galactic Federation Labs, even though his One True Place is in the Prisons. This is because he only cryogenically freezes bad guys that have a knack for escaping, and there aren’t too many of them.

As noted, he DID have a hand in cryogenically freezing 621 when the big green monster almost smashed his way through to the cell block that contained Leroy clones and Hamsterviel in Lilo’s youth. 621 was the first prisoner Yogee ever froze as a reformed member of the Ohana.

When Jumby unfroze 621 and began operating on him to de-mutate him in secret, without the Council’s permission, what did Yogee do? He spat on the frozen cube and helped him out! Why? Yogee considers Jumby his best friend and, like I said, doesn’t think super far ahead. He sort of ditzes his way through life with a goofy smile on his bill, happy to help. He broke rules without one rebellious thought in his head, just enjoying the approval of Jumby.
But when 621 broke out and kicked Jumby’s keister, Yogee hid behind a control panel, very distraught. He’s not a fighter and is afraid of violence. He did help sound the alarm and pull Jumby to safety, though. Now he waits anxiously at Jumby’s feet and doesn’t play around so much, anymore, while 621 wreaks havoc on Earth.
