As I do not have a vagina I can't say whether this particular piercing hurts or not, I can tell you that I was pleasantly surprised about getting a Prince Albert. Yes it did "smarts" some, but it was hardly painful. I'd akin it to getting poked a little hard by a sowing needle. The only thing that sucks is bleeding on the genitals can take anywhere from a day to up to two weeks (average is four days) to heal.

Genital piercings can feel nice, but if you have any doubts it's probably not for you.
