    if you take a look at the original SA2 model for rouge, it's not holding up so well.

    So naturally, some folks redesigned it and made her have more curves, but again, the models only hold up so well.

    So, they keep changing proportions and ajusting what they feel is right.

    Rouge is no more than 4 feet tall, same with the majority of the sonic characters, and her kicking ability ot bust robots with her legs would give more credit to lots of leg muscle.

    She also is know for having quite a bust, so in all actuality, rouge IS a shortstack, but many folks tend to fret over what those proportions are.

    The official sonic designs actually don't give a lot of room to move; the characters have a core body, heads, and then noodly limbs attached to shoes and gloves, with few exceptions. When you fill those limbs out, it doesn't always look right and so, once again, folks just keep messing with it.
