Yes! yes it does... (Either which way ya call it, it's still a Plan ta kill Sonic. an the Robot to me look like a mix between a Badnik, & Bomberman)

That movie was Sonic Boom, before they saw fit to reuse the title. Still astonishingly animated and great soundtrack all these years later

You must be talking about the Sonic OVA right . I think it was just called Sonic The Hedgehog. The name Sonic Boom comes from the main theme of Sonic CD baring the same name.

I made that response totally based off memory. A memory well over a decade old. But I'm glad someone knew what I was talking about and has had better information.

I just assumed Sonic Boom because I'm a BIG fan of Sonic CD.
