I actually doubt its a pseudo. I dont recall any psedo being revealed before a game's release. It might be a red herring, like Haxorus.

On top of that, pseudo-legends tend to have relatively simple designs. This thing has WAY too most going on. Go on, just compare it too all the past pseudos.

Besides Goodra and Dragonite, I don't find them simple.

Salamence and Tyranitar are pretty simple too.

Blue lizard with Devilman wings and Mini-Godzilla.

Garchomp and Hydreigon are a bit more complex in design though.

Moonblast isn't commonly used. Sylveon, Mega Gardevoir, and Mega Altaria all use Hyper Voice. Which Soundproof blocks.

The only common Moonblast user is Clefable.

And you shouldn't leave Kommo-o in front of a Clefable anyway.

That's why I said "relatively" and Hydreigon's simple too; it only has a 3 color scheme (two of which cover half of it's body respectively and the third acting only as accents) and as for it's design, it's basically just a pot-bellied lizard with six skinny wings.

And you forgot metagross, which is just a metal spider, that's only one solid color all over.

The only exception is garchomp, and even then he's still simpler then Kommo-o.

Stats say otherwise. (Pseudolegendaries have a stat total of 600 on-the-nose, a three-stage evolution, and (usually) require 1.25M XP to max out.)
