Unlawful verdict, He had no say in matter, being held down, restrained and blind folded, he could have been having sex with a dog and not know who he was having sex with. Most of what you stated is only lawful if the male initiated the sexual intercourse with or without the minors consent, but in fact there was absolutely NO penetration, he didn't know whom he was having sex with and even if he did he had no way of stopping the situation being physically restrained. In all technicalities the foals raped HIM but at their age we cannot legally try them as adults. My client cant be charged for rape and be liable under the fact that he was physically indisposed waiting for his age appropriate lover to return!! The court moves for all charges against my client dropped and calls for a mistrial. If you try to remand my client again I will sue for legal misconduct under the premise that you are attacking my client based on his gender. May I remind the court that the legal system is fair to both genders and though being a male he not guilty as he did not knowingly submit himself to foals and since there was no penetration, nor intent my client cannot be held on rape charges because of his age and gender.
He can only be charged through penetration, initiation of such acts and willingly committing such acts, none of which you can prove as there was no penetration, they initiated and he had no say in the matter as they continued. If the foals were males and he was a female, your stance would be different...would it not?
