I mean, the artists dictate what their cuntboys look like, so it's more representative of what they want than what genes do. I just can't figure out the point of having a feminine cuntboy. It's like getting a convertible and then riveting the top up.

I don't think there is a cum scene. I can't find any reference to it being interactive at the source and it's even been converted into a gif so I think it's just a loop. I'm going to remove the tags.

To be a cuntboy, it should look like a boy, or it's just a flat-chested girl. Artists can call it whatever they want, but, by looking at definitions, we can actually categorize what they draw (mostly for our viewing pleasure). Look at the tag definition. A cuntboy requires some masculine traits like this guy has. If you're going to tag girly and cuntboy, it's pretty much a flat female.
