actually, the site is designed to be an image host site, but you're right, he does seem to need the attention pretty bad.

Score has absolutely no bearing on whether an image is allowed or not. In fact, you'd be mistaken to think that score means anything meaningful.

I am sick of him as a matter in fact,don't know him personally but interestingly enough he's been banned on FA by dragoneer

FA's administration is...questionable at best anyway.
