Description

Since I updated the wiki pages of my characters, I thought I'd also upload the ref sheets here.

The name's Guarez because in spanish their species name is Lobo Guará / Aguará Guazú ?

This is a reasonably old character, and I don't remember the exact thought process behind the name. But that definitely had at least part in it, yes.

Small correction. "Lobo Guará" is the portuguese name. The spanish name is "Aguará Guazú".
Curiously, the word Lobo translates to Wolf in portuguese, while the word Aguará means Fox in spanish. Also curiously, the maned wolf is neither a fox nor a wolf.

My bad, you're right. I don't know why I thought in Bolivia they were known as Lobo Guará. By the way, Fox in Spanish is Zorro. Aguará means Fox, too, but is part of the Guarani language.
