Maybe we're hurt, messed up. For some people, it's vent work. For other people, they were brought into these kinks by people with power over them or something.

For me... It's the darkest path of all...

I watched pokemon and when Pikachu got hurt and then ash cared for him a whole bunch and apologized for pushing him to hard, I was like "Aw cute, I wish that was me!" And eventually it turned into abuse kinks!

There's probably more to it than that, but now you know.
