In the pilot, she says she has syphilis. But since I'm already in Hell, that must mean that I am dead. So earthly diseases mean nothing to me and I would gladly accept that T shirt.

Actually, Syphilis is easily cured if you treat it early on. Then again, this is assuming you have access to penicillin or another antibiotic, which is not a good assumption if your in Hell.

They used to treat the early stages with mercury. Not ideal, but probably easier to find in Hell than penicillin. I think arsenic might work, too. Also highly unideal.
