  • Although it doesn't justify what he did he acknowledges it and that's what's important. In my opinion anyway. It's like my dad says, own up to your 10% and that's what he's doing here. He know that it was wrong, he's admitting it, he knows his reasons aren't justified and now he wants to make up for his mistake. That really says a lot about a person since that's not easy to do and most people would rather put the blame on someone or something else. It all honesty I would give him a second chance at this point.

  • He's being characterized as an impulsive and desperate person that genuinely means no harm, but man, there should not be any going back from what he did to Tauski whatsoever. The writing is seemingly implying that Tauski's equally as shy and desperate and confused, but I think that would just make him more upset with the whole thing, than make him go the direction this seems to be heading.

  • Honestly, it's kinda like the reverse scenario of a straight guy telling a lesbian they can "convince them otherwise" or something like that.

Random thoughts about the story, tryna understand the characters and their motives & views:

While context and communication does not justify the sexual assault done by Airam, seeing how he is legitimately trying to make up for what he did gives room for Tauski to determine whether or not he can "forgive" him (still does not justify his actions). Given the mental anguish of being dropped by your family, your team, your partner, it's not impossible to think one would try to do anything to seal someone like Tauski given this context and mindset of a person who, for a large portion of their life, was supported by those people who dropped him. Kinda makes ya think that he's wanting to retain some semblance of control in his life. (still not saying it's justifiable, but it does "humanize" Airam, which is ironic given this is a furry porn comic lmao)

Though the way he did hunt down his information and how he lied to once again trick him to visiting him is concerning, and manipulative & obsessive in a sense, it makes a smidge bit of sense given how Tauski rid of his contact info shortly thereafter (also plays into Airam's desperate personality & thinking).

You can imagine the anxiety and confusion in Tauski, how he literally just wants to find someone and DAY ONE he gets sexually assaulted by a person who he doesn't even completely know he likes or not (both platonically & otherwise). Then, while trying to forget about it and trying to feel normal again, he suddenly is brought right to his doorstep out of the blue. It sort of makes you wonder, from an outside perspective, if he does have a liking towards Airam, or if there is a chance of things being Stockholm/trauma-bonding. But obviously I'm not a psychologist and these are assumptions based on little data and without verification from neither Tauski nor Airam.

Tauski knows that Airam is interested in him, all the way back to when they first met at the park area. Airam should know that Tauski does not have mutual feelings towards him. A platonic connection was starting to form at the shop, right until he sexually assaulted him by tricking him into "kissing his fingers" for "practice". Essentially lured him into a false sense of security, only to be betrayed by going far past his boundaries (he was initially questioning, but possibly considering kissing his fingers, but more so as a response to his talk about being a good kisser and it just being practice and all that) For Tauski, he is confused in his own feelings and how even though Airam assaulted him in that manor, he shows some form of empathy and various statements that Tauski otherwise wouldn't associate with someone malicious (like how he contradicts himself with how he remembers Airam saying that people think he's a good kisser).

Connections, however, can still potentially grow in this sense if communication and understanding can be created, with proper input from both parties.

TL;DR of thoughts: Airam is desperate in the sense that all those he knew dropped him, so he wants some semblance of control. Tauski feels lonely and now confused over what Airam did to him and how he's acting (both with the assault and the attempts at reformation). Both parties emotions and backgrounds should be considered to have better understanding of their relationship and feelings, making sure to not generalize/dehumanize either.

Also, yes, I did hyperfocus on writing this out for about an hour on a porn site that really does not care about my opinions/thoughts. You're welcome lmao
