Holy crap, I'd tell you there were easier ways to ask that question than tagging everyone, but looking at your comment history, you seemed to have tried them all, and gotten no help. I'll try to rectify that.

First, click on the My Account tab at the top of the page, then go to Settings. Scroll all the way to the bottom until you see a heading that says 'Tag Subscriptions.' Under it should be the words 'Tag Subscriptions None,' and an option to edit.
From there you can make subscriptions for all of the tags you like. So for example, a subscription for this artist would have the tag Zp92, and clicking on it would give you their most recent work. I think.
I'm just now learning the rules of subscriptions here myself, so I'm not 100% sure how to put this all in, but that should get you started.

Thank you. I didn't mean to reply to everyone. It's just that i have been getting no help over the past few days. I clicked on the edit option and it said that it required a name and tag. I copied and pasted the name ,but i don't understand what it means by tag?.

The name is just how you designate that specific subscription list, and I think it's just to keep track of which list is which. The tags are the important part.
Tags are how we sort pictures here into categories like the artist, characters, copyrights, and the content of the images. On the left side of the page up there you'll see a bunch of tags describing this picture, and clicking on one takes you to a list of images that have that same tag, starting with the most recent. The tags you put into your subscription do the same thing, just put all the tags you look for regularly (like artist names) into the tag box, and you'll have those tags on hand to search for any time you want.
So for example, you make a subscription with the name Artists, then put in tags with the names of all the artists you want to follow. Then when you want to check if they have anything new on here, go to that tag subscription, click one of the names, and you have all the works by that artist that we have on here.
Does that make sense? If you need any further help we can take this to personal messages.

I think i got the hang of it. I put in like 7 tags of some of my favorite artists in one file that i named Group 1. So do i just click on the name Group 1 and i can see all the new images of the artist that i tagged?. Because no new images have been posted ,should i just wait or am i doing something wrong.
