Description

EXPLANATION:

On January 31st of this year, astronomers identified 12 new moons orbiting around Jupiter, pushing its count past Saturn's for a total of 92 moons. Around 4 months later, astronomers then recognized a whopping total of 62 new moons for Saturn, making it the only planet to have more than 100 moons at a total of 145.
