I have a theory... It might be Dylan's Dark Type. And Dark Type is known as the Evil Type. So what Dylan's ability is doing is to make everyone else horny.

The reason Leo ain't affected, prolly cus Dylan is attracted to him and if they fuck, it's alr simce they're in a relationship. But if Dylan screws with other ppl, it's evil.
