It looks like a custom 75 ton marauder, judging from the AC5 (too thin to be an AC10), 2 LLas, and SRM6x2. The tonnage technically is there if you wanted to do so, removing a few heat sinks and stripping armor for ammo. The cockpit design matches the 75 tonner too, with the MAD-II having a more boxy cockpit glass that doesn't have any glass on the roof.

The MAD-II actually *does* have a MAD-3 style canopy, that boxy plating is just the standard up-armor package. You can technically remove it, although I don't think there's any art of it with the fully exposed canopy.
