Final Countdown is probably the easiest of the insta-wins to land because of tempo LP-gain plus limiters build. Second to that would be the Exodia combo I guess.

Destiny board has enough support to kinda work now. Disaster leo is probably the most consistant though due to its raw presence

I've managed to pull off a "Holactie, the Creator of Light" win, once...
The guy kept saying the Egyptian Gods weren't worth the deck space, and that he was 'humoring me' by letting me get them on the field.
(We were at a stalemate for 10min.) Imagine his surprise/rage when i sacrificed all three god cards at once, lol!

my friend has a exodia deck that could draw every card in his deck turn 1 (which wouldn't have been so annoying if he hadn't gone first and had the last piece of exodia literally be the bottom card so i had to sit through his long ass turn only to never get a turn at all)
