I hear if you're high enough rank, you might get some special quests from pokemon in need...
Charizard was looking to add a little spice into his life, but wasn't quite sure what he wanted. He had a few ideas, most of them included him dominating the scene.
The last pokemon he expected to show up was a demanding and girthy Totodile, and a quiet but well endowed Ampharos... but he was impressed by their veteran ranking. These guys knew their stuff, and easily persuaded him to try something new~
Once the trio had all been satisfied and the quest had been marked completed, Charizard asked to join their Team.
He did have some more ideas to try out, after all.
