It means it isn't relevant. Cyborgs aren't called out specifically, but...

Anything that does not contain anthropomorphic characters or animals as part of their focus will be deleted

Clearly there is a process in place and a single staff member is not acting unilaterally. When you become a staff member, no doubt your opinion will be weighed as well.

What's weird is that a LOT of stuff slips past this. It seems that moderation of that is extremely thin.

Starting to hate this site, the rules are ruining it for me, can't talk about porn on a porn site without being banned.

nobody wants to hear what you'd do to a character. Not so hard tbh
