I think I get what the badge on the hat is off, but overall it's sorta "blurry"... seeming really bland theme, but quite well done. And in this case, a child genital does actually fit to use. Even if it's possibly not overly correctly located. And white human.

Firstly, that would be my first guess. But if so, it fails on more than one level: Firstly, size wise, that dicks is way to big proportion wise to make sense anatomically, along with overall just having an odd pose. Secondly, they went with human anatomy for the female, if they now are mismatching genitals, that is crappy design. (since I see it both ways, and as I know people would throw a hissy fit if it was the opposite, I see it as a bad design.) Thirdly: As said, going with the overall style, and where it seems to aim, it feels lazy to have such gap in design. Even if the sole purpose was to just be amusing, it to me loses quite a bit by seeming "properly made", while using silly/bad porn stuff.

So, in context, it's more a mention of "...did they just draw that character with two left hands? Please tell me they didn't draw two left hands.". Though, looking back at my comment I have to say that wasn't very clear, at all to a degree. But yeah, compared to the shown style, if feels quite "meh" that the badge is so sloppy. Not that they have to try and do it properly, correctly or even spend time at getting it to look good. All and all, it's rather well done as said. But yeah... not impressed with the mismatches and whatnot.
