The green Lukoi tag is the artist himself, he didn't draw this piece, wfa did so the lukoi_(character) tag does go here.

Artist tags are yellow.
Copyright tags are purple.

lukoi is currently green, which means that it's a character tag. I swapped it over to an artist tag, now making it yellow.

For future reference, when creating a tag for a character, use the prefix character: or char: to turn it into a green character tag. For example:

char:lukoi_(character)

Turns it into a green character tag. The same goes for artist: and copyright:/copy: tag prefixes.
