MemberActually it's a typical Tuscan soup. Translated, it's the "farmer soup".
And it's not over-seasoned. Most of those spices have a very mild taste, mixed together they are just right. Trust me, it's something I eat a lot in winter ^^
But I enjoyed the Scarborough Fair analogy <3
