Otter on otter

Or maybe "Otter IN otter" is more accurate. 89~

The big swamp otters I draw from time to time are fiercely territorial, particularly the males. While villages of them exist, including human/furry slaves and half-breed results of otter/humanoid matings, when you get away from the otter towns things are different. A big male otter who runs into a smaller male may decide the smaller male is competition for resources such as food and females. The smaller otter is well advised to run, because otherwise his perfectly streamlined shape will make it easy for his larger relative to gulp him down.

Male/female, female/female, and even female/male predation of this sort happens too, just not as often.

First of several drawings I did at Califur this year.
