Textures can be shared, but how I did the model was simply done from combining two models, there's a tutorial on how I can do it. The link to the models are in the URL :P Given how SFM works, these aren't easily downlodable but rather, done via model hacking tutorial :P

In other words, hacked models can't be easily shared, they need to be recreated for each new session, but there are a lot of resources out there included in the source link and this link. If you do want help on learning how to hack models, let me know :P
