Same, man. It was a fantastic premise and direction. Sucks that western pron artists are so bad at finishing their damn projects even if they're financially successful. Meanwhile you have like first time ero Japanese indie devs making games as a single person, tossing out a complete thing without a single dime of funding beforehand, then releasing a bigger, better sequel like a year later lmao.

He's been porting over all assets from flash to unity, all by himself which is honestly impressive but yes he is working on it will just take time

While I understand wanting to do things on your own to make sure it's down how you want it, I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to find a few people willing to take on the brunt of some of the work. But then again, I know nothing about making video games so I could be talking out of my ass

He isn't getting paid to do this, it is a side project he wants to do on his own. It's a bit stubborn but unlike a huge host of porn game projects being funded through patreon and other payments this is just a fun project for him. People have offered help but again he wants to do it himself. It'll come out when it comes out.

and with what has recently happened with unity it might even take longer if unity pulls it head out of its own ass (for those who don't know unity wants to add a fee for the number of times your game has been downloaded and no they don't have a way to actually track it so it biased on metrics given by stem, epic, PlayStation and so on, but its not a small amount to indy developers like $0.20 per download after i think 10,000 including the already downloaded ones
