The implications of a male kangaroo being excited at the thought of wearing underwear with a pouch are many, but it's not my place to judge him. Maybe he just likes the tight, supple cotton gently cupping and pressing against his member and swollen balls, keeping everything so neatly held together, like the soft touch of a friend holding him in admiration of his generous size. His thoughts quickly run away with him, and he finds it stretching tighter and tighter as he gets more aroused by the tension in a feedback loop until the fabric is pulled so tight, that the pressure becomes too much for him to hold back.
