Well... I can't tell all of the icons but

The first one is the Brass Sack creating coins from your 'essence'
The Cup is the stud's Draught which increases the amount of it
the spatter is Faun Princess's lust bonus which also increases it
Icon 3 is... Eden's fruit I think
The bottle is the Desert oil which allows body parts to change somehow, don't remember exactly
The mirror is the Perseus shield, which 'lets you stay hard for days on end without complications'

I'm not sure what the ruby is for, but the sword looking thing is Crystal Princess's lust bonus where 'all the cum you've spilled over the years comes back as a greatsword'

So this whole thing is "infinite bronze sack money and infinite crystal greatsword" and is using all of these stacked buffs to woo the dragon.
