So, I can take a stab (no pun intended) at answering your questions as I had a Prince Albert in the past (removed due to migration) and currently I have an Appadravia. No, you do not need to be hard to get your dick pierced; as a matter of fact if you managed to stay hard during the pain I would be impressed. Bleeding depends on the piercing, my PA (which only goes through the bottom of your urethra) didn't really bleed at all but my Appa (which goes through the head of the penis) spotting for several days afterwards. When flaccid, your piercings don't really change that much. I don't really notice mine while walking. Having sex can feel a bit different if you are a penetrative partner, there is a new tugging feeling that is pretty fun but, for the most part, they are for your partners enjoyment. My partners, on the other hand, have all really enjoyed my addition as it provides them with additional stimulation.
