Nope, they don't get lose, they just lose sensitivity the more sex the person has. Thats why "too much" is a bad thing. Same can be said about a male. It isn't as sensitive as it used to be and takes more to actually get stimulated later down the line.

Just like any thing else that has "skin" the more the nerves are stimulated the less sensitive it becomes.
