Are you sure? They seem to have very obvious cleavage marks (note the deep shadows along the edges inbetween), and I promise that natural breasts will squish downwards when you're laying on your back. Plus, every other picture of the character's a gynomorph.

Dude, have you ever seen a guy with any amount of muscle? They’ll have a line in between their pecs too.

Maybe your definition is different from mine, yet they don't seem the least bit "buff" on the rest of their body. Plus, I've never seen someone excercise and bulk up solely on their chest before. To have the kinds of pecs you're thinking of, wouldn't the other parts of their body have more muscle mass? They mostly have a very feminine build - thin arms, close shoulders, wide hips and curvy thighs. It doesn't really make sense for them to have a girlish figure and have really thick pectoral muscles. Why (and how) would someone like that choose to beef up solely on their chest?

The line direction of the breasts clearly show some level of sag otherwise they wouldn't be as curved.

^This - My intent as the artist was breasts... The character is a trans woman. If it wasn't clear then I believe it should be ambiguous, not male/male.
Also slightly confused by some of the arguments in this thread... Muscles are not exclusive to men....
