Wuhhh, this just went a little Doctor House. Severed Brain so the two Hemispheres no longer talk to each other and thus became separate personalities?

I'm pretty sure that's not how brains work, but I'm not a brain doctor, so I guess it's maybe sorta kinda possible.

its sorta based on the thing i said above. yeah the talking thing doesnt work, but if i understood some of the video(s) correctly about it, some motor function is possible? but the body makes up reasons why it does things. but the talking is totally impossible, but i wanted to be possible :V
